Coming from a poor family, he experienced the harsh realities of poverty, corruption, and a lack of basic facilities. These challenges shaped his vision to create an organization that could address these issues and bring positive change to society.
One of his most significant inspirations came from witnessing the poor state of healthcare in Ballia. The lack of medical facilities and infrastructure pushed him to lead a persistent campaign for the establishment of a medical college in the district, aiming to provide accessible and quality healthcare for all.

Avitesh Singh, the esteemed President of Shri Sarthi Seva Sansthan, exemplifies the spirit of dedication and compassion in the field of social service. Born into a humble middle-class family, his life has been a testament to resilience and perseverance. From a young age, he exhibited an innate curiosity and passion for helping others, a drive that has been the cornerstone of his journey.
During his early years, Avitesh faced numerous struggles in sustaining himself, yet these challenges only strengthened his resolve to bring about meaningful change in society. He emerged as the driving force behind Shri Sarthi Seva Sansthan, meticulously planning and implementing its social initiatives. Under his leadership, the organization has become a beacon of hope for countless individuals in need.

Journey of Shri Sarthi Seva Sansthan (2019–2025)
Shri Sarthi Seva Sansthan, founded by Sanjeev Giri in 2019, is a grassroots organization born out of a deep commitment to social welfare. Despite starting as an unregistered initiative, the Sansthan quickly gained recognition for its impactful work in Ballia and surrounding regions. Officially registered under the government in 2023, the organization continues its mission to serve society in 2025, with an expanded vision and reach.
2019–2022: Early Years of Service
Foundation and Motivation
- The organization began informally under the leadership of Sanjeev Giri.
- Initial efforts focused on providing basic support to the poor, assisting accident victims, and feeding street animals.
Community Impact
- Distributed food, clothing, and medicines to needy families.
- Assisted flood-affected families in Ballia, providing shelter and rehabilitation.
- Promoted blood donation and encouraged individuals to contribute to saving lives.
COVID-19 Relief Efforts
- Distributed food, masks, and sanitizers.

2023: Official Registration and Formalization
